Each month, LIV Sotheby's International Realty produces a digital newsletter that brokers have the opportunity to send to their spheres of influence as a component of their digital marketing strategy.

Objective:

Maintain Relationships with Past and Current Clients

As clients move through the different phases of life, their need for a real estate advisor ebbs and flows. The goal of this monthly e-newsletter is to keep the broker connected to the clients by providing valuable market insight, entertaining reads, and community news so that when the need for an agent arises, they are the first one that comes to mind. 

Strategy:

Combine Seasonal Content with Timely Resources

By looking at seasonal real estate trends to map out what kind of content would be most relevant to consumers at certain times, my team was able to build valuable content on behalf of the brand and its brokers such as:

  • Monthly and Quarterly Market Reports

  • Seasonal Home Improvement Tips

  • Interior Design Features

  • Community News and Events

Result:

Increased Engagement & Client Retention

By delivering a product that provided value to the client, we were able to achieve an average open rate of 42.2%, an average click-through rate of 4.13%, and a broker adoption rate of 73%.
